Live Chat 

Our Live Chat is staffed Monday to Thursday, 10am to 5pm, Friday, 11am-3pm. Live Chat is best for quick questions with quick answers,  especially if your question fits into the “how do I do this?” category. Please note that if you ask a question in Live Chat that does not fit this category, you will be referred to an email inquiry instead.

Please note that this email account is checked only between the hours of 8:30 am through 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays. Responses typically take up to 2 business days.
