Tom Burns is the Associate Dean for Research Affairs and Executive Director for Research Administration at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. In that role he oversees the Office of Research Administration for the School of Medicine, providing support and expertise to the faculty and facilitating the flow of sponsored research funds to the School through grants, contracts and other sponsored research agreements. Mr. Burns has been with Johns Hopkins University since 2008 serving the faculty of the School of Medicine and the Bloomberg School of Public Health in various roles.
